DTF Shipping Policy

Custom DTF, Custom Gang Sheets, Stock DTF and Stock Gang Sheets are typically same-day shipping on MOST orders received in a print-ready state by 11 am CST. Otherwise, please allow for 1-2 business days after the invoice has been paid. 

A purchase of 5 or more images will be automatically ganged for faster processing and delivery time for you!

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

DTF Transfers: Shipping rates will vary based on customer location and their shipping selection. Rush order shipping is available and paid by the customer.

Rush Orders: Please email us at support@dboldtees.com if a rush order is required. A 30% rush order fee with a minimum charge of $15.00 will be added.

 - A rush order will not be shipped until the remaining balance has been paid

 - Selecting Next Day Air does NOT mark an order as a rush order as this is only covering the expense to our shipping provider, but does not account for the extra cost to our team. 

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for orders over $75.00, before tax. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 72 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@dboldtees.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
