  • How long until it's ready?
    DTF and UVDTF Orders are generally 1-3 business days to start.
    Apparel Orders are often 2-3 weeks to begin.

  • Can I get it faster?
    Yes. We offer a Rush Queue starting with a $15 minimum or 30% fee of your total. It is a first-come, first-served policy.

  • How will I know it’s done?
    We send an automated email the second it’s ready to go. Please wait for this email before coming to the shop for pickup.

  • What is your Return Policy?
    We stand behind our prints. If we make a mistake during the printing or preparation process, we will provide a repair, reprint or re-press at no cost to you. For custom-made items, we cannot offer refunds for errors outside of our production control.
