UV Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers are the latest innovation in customization.

  • These transfers are designed for hard surfaces like tumblers and shot glasses. They're incredibly easy to apply, acting like stickers with a pre-applied carrier sheet – no heat required!
  • Our DTF transfers feature a white backing layer, visible in our product listings. This ensures vibrant colors on any surface. Each transfer delivers a high-quality, long-lasting design that withstands multiple washes. For optimal results, hand washing is recommended.
  • We print your images exactly as submitted, so image quality directly impacts transfer quality. Small text or low-resolution images may result in poor ink adhesion. We cannot be held responsible for file issues but offer test prints to preview results before full orders.
  • By uploading a file, you confirm ownership of the design and agree to hold us harmless for any copyright or trademark infringements. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Application Instructions:

  • Surface Preparation: Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from any contaminants. For porous surfaces like wood or metal, consider a light sanding or degreasing for optimal adhesion.
  • Transfer Alignment: Carefully position the transfer on the desired area. You may use transfer tape or masking tape for precise placement, especially on curved surfaces.
  • Squeegee Application: Apply firm, even pressure using a squeegee or credit card to remove air bubbles and ensure complete adhesion. Work from the center outward to prevent wrinkles.
  • Carrier Sheet Removal: Gently peel off the carrier sheet at a slow, steady pace to avoid damaging the transfer.

Troubleshooting Tips:

  • Wrinkles or Bubbles: If wrinkles or bubbles appear, lift a corner of the transfer, reapply pressure, and smooth out the area.
  • Incomplete Adhesion: If parts of the transfer are not sticking, reapply pressure or use a heat gun on low heat to slightly warm the adhesive.
  • Transfer Curling: To prevent curling, apply firm pressure to the edges of the transfer.

Surface Compatibility:

  • Hard Surfaces: Tumblers, shot glasses, phone cases, and other smooth surfaces are ideal for DTF transfers.
  • Textiles: While UV DTF transfers are primarily designed for hard surfaces, they can be applied to some textiles
  • Other Surfaces: Experimentation is key when applying DTF transfers to unusual surfaces. Adhesion may vary.

Care Instructions:

  • Hand washing is recommended for the longest-lasting results.
  • Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive materials.
  • For dishwasher-safe items, test a small area first to ensure the transfer holds up.

By following these guidelines, you can achieve professional results with your UV DTF transfers.
